My Essentials for Conscious Quantum Living

These are a collection of things I love. Books that changed my life and other things. It will grow over time, so please come back often.

The books are important to me as they have informed my Conscious Quantum Living program. This is a trail as to how I became who I am today (and ever evolving!).

There is woo here. But it's largely woo based in science because that's my jam.

I truly believe this qoute.

“The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.”
– Nikola Tesla

Science tends to change it's mind with excruciating slowness. But once crazy ideas often become fact with time.

The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom (A Toltec Wisdom Book) by [Don Miguel Ruiz, Janet Mills] The Four Agreements

I truly believe this little book should be required reading for all humanity. Seriously. That is all.

If you have time for only one book this year, make it this little gem.

The Self-Ware Universe - how consciousness creates the material world.

by Amit Goswami Ph.D

The underlying premise of this book is that matter is not the primary "element" of creation, consciousness is. In this book he's promoting the concept of monistic idealism. The book is a long ride using story and allegory to explain the relationship between quantum physics, religions, philosophies, awakening and so much more. In some sections I'm highlighting more than not. It's deep and intense but also, somehow accessible. There are holes and a tremendous amount of assumptions, but it's thought provoking and well worth a read.

The Map of Consciousness Explained: A Proven Energy Scale to Actualize Your Ultimate Potential

by David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D
A truly fascinating model to use when exploring consciousness.

From the blurb: World-renowned author, psychiatrist, clinician, spiritual teacher, and researcher of consciousness David R. Hawkins shares that we are all born with an energetic frequency within the vast field of consciousness. And with The Map of Consciousness, we can truly understand the total spectrum of human emotions and consciousness.

Using a unique muscle-testing method, Dr. David R. Hawkins conducted more than 250,000 calibrations during 20 years of research to define a range of values, attitudes, and emotions that correspond to levels of consciousness. This range of values-along with a logarithmic scale of 1 to 1,000-became the Map of Consciousness, which Dr. David R. Hawkins first wrote about in his best-selling book, Power vs. Force.

Abundance: The Inner Path to Wealth

By Deepak Chopra, MD
Another beautiful read from Deepak. I loved the way he wove in the chakras, it resonated with me deeply as I'm researching our energy centers.

From the book description:
“To attain wealth of the lasting kind, the kind that gives your life meaning, value, and sustenance, base your daily existence on the generosity of spirit.”—Deepak Chopra

Many of us live and operate from a mindset of lack, scarcity, and limitation. We focus on what we don’t have—financial security, confidence, an intimate relationship—which keeps us feeling insecure and inadequate. We think “if only I could have those things, I could be happy.” But measuring wealth by money or material possessions leaves us feeling drained and spiritually empty. Constantly striving for more often means our ego is driving our thoughts, actions, and reactions, which prevents us from reaching something greater: a true sense of inner peace, acceptance, and fulfillment.

The Field: The Quest for the Secret Force of the Universe by [Lynne McTaggart]The Field - The Quest For The Secret Force Of The Universe

by Lynne McTaggart

I read this book during my nomad stint in Europe. I was in Spain at the time, in my last month there. I holed up in a small town called Tore Del Mar north of Malaga. It was November and all the tourists had vanished to be replace by the wind. I was completely engrossed by this work as I kept saying, yes, yes, yes while reading it. More than once out loud in a cafe or restaurant!

This is a great book to get your geek on. It's the history of quantum development and all the Woo.

OK, not all the history and not all the Woo but it was a fantastic read and furthered my research at the time.

Spontaneous Evolution - Our Positive Future And A Way To Get There From Here

By Bruce H. Lipton Ph.D and Steve Bhaerman

This is a beautiful roadmap of how to get from where we are now (yikes!) to where we desire to be.
From the publisher: "In order to secure our future, we must empower ourselves with the knowledge of who we truly are. With an understanding of how our programming shapes our lives and with the knowledge of how we can change that programming, we can rewrite our destiny.
Spontaneous Evolution is designed to be a primer for that transformation.

Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior by David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D
One of the fundamental elements I teach is choice. Every moment is a choice. Once we're tapped into our energy body and understand bio-energetics, this becomes crucial for a peaceful, prosperous life.

From the blurb:
The universe holds its breath as we choose, instant by instant, which pathway to follow; for the universe, the very essence of life itself, is highly conscious. Every act, thought, and choice adds to a permanent mosaic; our decisions ripple through the universe of consciousness to affect the lives of all . . .

In this life-changing motivational book from a world-renowned psychiatrist, spiritual teacher, and consciousness researcher, you’ll learn how to:

· Tap into the genius consciousness that lies within us all
· Master your emotions and harness your inner power
· Make better decisions and have more peace
· Understand the energy dynamics that influence your life

The Quantum Body - The New Science of Living a Longer, Healthier, More Vital Life.

By Deepak Chopra, MD
I loved this book. I found a lot of similarity with my own ongoing research.
"In an unprecedented collaboration between three of today’s most powerful minds, Deepak Chopra, M.D., teams up with physicist Jack Tuszynski, Ph.D., and endocrinologist Brian Fertig, M.D., to bring readers a visionary work that delves into the innovative world of quantum science and shows how unlocking its secrets can revolutionize how we live and age—and, ultimately, how we can eradicate disease. The key is the quantum body."

Becoming Supernatural - How Common People Are Doing the Uncommon

by Dr. Joe Dispenza

Because of Bruce, I found Joe and the following books/people. This was one of the books I devoured in Spain and Portugal while doing Joes many meditations.

We are limitless. We can do amazing things. We just have to believe it.

The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment by [Eckhart Tolle]

The Power of Now

This book really rocked my world, but not at first. It's interesting in that I purchased it, tried to read it, and nothing resonated.

For some reason, I kept it even after going nomad in 2019. I gave away so many books before that stint, but not this one.

I picked it up again in 2020 when I moved to St. Pete and it was as though someone had changed all the words! Everything resonated.

It took months to read because I needed to absorb the info for a day or a week before moving on.

If the time is right, you'll know.
